The legendary truck Ford Ranger has been recognised as a fuel-efficient and affordable truck or pickup. Ford Ranger was introduced in 1983 and remains one of america's favorite truck today.
In 2008, Ford Ranger has been redesigned and got tougher, bolder, but amazingly efficient and affordable. The 2009 Ford Ranger is available in Ragular Cab and Super Cab versions, with a variety of options for buyers to personalize their cars.
For 4x4 model, an electronic shift-on-the-fly transfer case is standard equipment. This allows a quick and easy 4WD engagement that doesn't require stopping the vehicle. This is a complimentary to the efficient transmission installed in Ford Ranger Trucks.
Ford Ranger Trucks are equipped with Ford's Personal Safety System, Tire Pressure Monitoring System and SecuriLock anti-theft system. Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) is standard on all four wheel. Safety Belt and dual-stage driver and front-pasanger airbags are also available as stantard safety equipments.
Entertainment is another remarkable thing on Ford Ranger. There is an optional Pioneer 290-Watt high fidelity sound system for a high-end output. The Pioneer Hi-Fi car audio system comes with a 6-disc CD changer, and MP3 audio input jack.

Great car. You say its affordable but it is very expensive.
The ride is very comfy. Good for traveling.
The Ranger isn't fun to drive, because it's not meant for that.
